We had worked with AstraZeneca to develop an industry-leading approach to positioning pharmaceutical brands prior to launch.

However, while the company’s marketers were familiar with the science of positioning, the senior management team recognised the importance in also helping the company to appreciate the ‘art’ of developing great brands.

So in 2009, we worked with AZ to create a software toolkit to help 250 of their most senior marketers develop the skills and behaviours required to make the most of the process we had created.
