We know that Clear’s success is down to the exceptional people we have in the team, so we take our responsibility to develop our people seriously.  We aim to provide a variety of development opportunities, and support during everyone’s time at Clear.  Opportunities can be working with other teams to learn a new approach to something, going on secondment to other offices where you might get the chance to lead bigger projects with more responsibility, or doing training in business development to enable you to lead and grow a key account. 

We recognise that a lot of development happens ‘on the job’, but to support this we have regular performance and development reviews, involving 360 degree feedback.  During these we find out what you want to achieve and how we can help you to do it. We also have a mentoring scheme and we advocate the use of coaching throughout the business.  We have a menu of formal training which focuses both on the technical and the ‘softer’ aspects of work – so you might attend Insight training this month, and a personal presence and impact course the next.
